Mechanical machining
Our precision machines make it possible to manufacture high-precision components, ensuring reliable results consistent with modern machining techniques, supporting the production process and contributing to the overall quality of the final product.
Electroplating for dials and appliqués
The electroplating department enables a wide range of colors and finishes, from various gold grades to traditional tones such as nickel and silver. We also produce more niche colors like blue and anthracite, enhancing the elegance and depth of our products while highlighting their details and aesthetic consistency.
Surface treatments and decorations
The quality of a dial emerges from its surfaces, which are treated and decorated to enhance elegance, precision, and character. Through specific processes such as satin finishing and sunburst effects, as well as the support of highly flexible technologies like Pico laser systems, we can ensure meticulous details and refined results.
Painting and lacquering
At this stage, thanks to extremely controlled environments such as clean rooms and the support of our operators’ extensive experience, the dials acquire color, enhancing the elegance, depth, and aesthetic coherence of every precisely designed detail.
Pad printing
Using automated systems and the support of skilled personnel, we precisely create decorations and complex patterns, even on contoured surfaces. Controlled environments and dedicated equipment ensure consistent print quality in line with each project’s aesthetic requirements.
Super-LumiNova (SLN)
We have dedicated equipment for pad printing application as well as specialized operators for the manual application of SLN, achieving precise and uniform luminescent effects. We support the client in defining the most suitable application method for the project and its specific requirements.
Application of appliqués and diamonds
The manual application of appliqués and stickers, as well as the setting and placement of precious stones, is carried out by experienced specialists, ensuring precision, alignment, and aesthetic consistency for reliable, refined results that meet the client’s design specifications.
Quality and technical control
Each component is carefully inspected upon receipt and throughout the entire production process, according to each client’s specific criteria. Finished products undergo UV and tropical testing to ensure long-term durability and compliance with the required quality standards.
